The Chicago Office is open 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is closed during regularly scheduled holidays.
The Chicago office facilities may be reserved by faculty, staff, alumni and non-university individuals on a first come first served basis. The conference room and the lounge may be used for meetings, receptions, training, and seminars.
A few things to keep in mind as you reserve a space in the Chicago Office:
Guest List - A guest list must be provided to the office manager no later than 3 days prior to your event. All guests must register at the lobby security desk. Guests will be given a temporary pass to gain access to the 15th floor.
After Hours - University faculty and staff can use the office after hours with advance notice. Due to the fact that faculty or staff must be present, alumni and friends of the University after hours use is handled on a case by case basis.
Equipment and Supplies - Set-up and breakdown of equipment (if applicable) is responsibility of user. Standard office supplies may also be available. The office provides the following equipment. Please specify which equipment you plan to use when reserving the space so arrangements can be made. Copier, Fax Machine, Audio Visual (including screen & projector), White Board, Computers, Wi-Fi, Conferencing Phone, Refrigerator, and Microwave.
