Chicago is home to nearly 30 percent of the University’s alumni and over 50 percent of its student body. Illinois State University Foundation’s Chicago Office was established in 1990 as a home base for alumni in Chicago, as a way to develop a stronger link in recruiting students, and as a drop-in spot and meeting place for faculty, staff, alumni, and students.
